Prosecutors probe Mogilno hospital over alleged 300,000-zloty daily fees for brief procedures
Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has asked Prosecutor General Dariusz Korneluk to look into Mogilno hospital. Media reports allege that a "neurosurgeons' company" operating there charged daily fees of up to 300,000 zloty for procedures lasting just a few minutes, and also paid nurses extra for participating in operations.
