Prince Harry loses High Court privacy case against Daily Mail publisher

Mr Justice Nicklin ruled that Prince Harry and his co-claimants failed to prove their allegations in a privacy lawsuit against the publisher of the Daily Mail. The verdict marks another legal setback for Harry in his long-running battle with the British press. He had previously won a similar case against the publisher of the News of the World.
