Poland U-22 women lose to Italy in five sets at European Volleyball Championship

Poland's U-22 women's volleyball team opened their European Championship campaign with a five-set defeat to Italy. Despite the loss, Poland put up a competitive display against one of the tournament favourites. It was the team's first match at the championship.
