Żurek Writes to US Immigration Agency ICE Over Ziobro's Stay in America

Polish Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek announced he would write to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to ask on what legal basis former justice minister Zbigniew Ziobro is residing in the United States. The justice minister also reported that work on a formal extradition request is ongoing. The move escalates Poland's legal pursuit of Ziobro, who has been staying in the US.
