Marine Le Pen to run for French presidency and appeal conviction in top court

National Rally leader Marine Le Pen has announced she will run for the French presidency, ending months of speculation. A court ruled she is eligible to stand but must wear an electronic tag for a year. Le Pen also confirmed she will appeal her conviction to France's highest court.
