Radar Chat merges encrypted messaging with Bitcoin Lightning payments

Radar Chat is a new app built on Signal's open-source technology that combines end-to-end encrypted messaging with self-custodial Bitcoin payments via the Lightning Network. The goal is to make sending bitcoin as simple as firing off a text message, while keeping users in full control of their funds.
