Actor Walton Goggins, who plays The Ghoul and Cooper Howard in Prime Video's Fallout, confirmed on Instagram that filming for season 3 has begun. He posted a photo of himself in make-up, writing that he was "back in the saddle." The show has already completed two successful seasons on the platform.
