Jakub Kamiński joins Sporting Lisbon on five-year deal

Polish international winger Jakub Kamiński has completed his transfer to Sporting Lisbon after passing a medical. The Portuguese club activated the buy-out clause in his contract with FC Köln and has tied the player down to a five-year deal.
