Kenya's markets regulator seeks blockchain tool to track crypto crime
Kenya's Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is seeking a blockchain analytics tool capable of monitoring more than 20 blockchains for fraud, money laundering and sanctions evasion. The move follows Kenya's newly enacted cryptocurrency law, which sets a regulatory framework for digital assets. The initiative aims to strengthen oversight of the country's rapidly growing crypto market.
