NATO Launches A400M Transport Fleet — Poland Joins the Initiative

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced at the Ankara summit the creation of a European transport aircraft fleet based on the Airbus A400M Atlas. Poland is among the countries joining the initiative. The programme also includes the purchase of heavy reconnaissance drones and an aerial refuelling aircraft.
