Mariska Hargitay to Host Emmys – First Woman to Emcee in 15 Years

NBC has selected Mariska Hargitay, star and executive producer of "Law & Order: SVU", to host the 78th Emmy Awards. She is the first woman to emcee the show since Jane Lynch in 2011. The ceremony will take place in 2026.
