Man Arrested After Painting 'Pam the Bird' Graffiti on 140-Foot Bridge Tower in Melbourne

A man was arrested in Melbourne after a hours-long standoff with police ended when he descended a 140-foot (43-metre) bridge tower and surrendered. He had painted graffiti resembling the "Pam the Bird" symbol, which has been appearing across the city since 2023. Police took him into custody after he came down from the tower.
