SEC plans crypto fundraising rule as early as this month to ease startup restrictions
The US Securities and Exchange Commission plans to propose new crypto regulations — known as "Reg Crypto" — as soon as this month, according to a newly updated regulatory agenda. The rules are intended to ease fundraising restrictions for cryptocurrency startups. The proposal has been placed near the top of the SEC's near-term priorities list.
