Rare tornadoes kill at least 8 in China's Hubei province

Two rare tornadoes ripped through China's central Hubei province, killing at least eight people, state media reported Tuesday. Winds reached up to 149 kph (93 mph), tearing through buildings and overturning cars. The extreme weather event is unusual for the region.
