A printed and signed computer-written will may be legally invalid in Poland
Under Polish law, a will typed on a computer, printed out and merely signed does not meet the legal requirements for a handwritten will and can be challenged in court. A valid handwritten will must be written entirely by hand, dated and signed by the testator. An incorrectly prepared document risks lengthy legal disputes and an estate divided contrary to the deceased's wishes.
