PGE customers go months without electricity bills due to new IT system failure

PGE customers across Poland have been going months without electricity bills due to failures in the company's new IT billing system. Many fear that when the invoices finally arrive, they will cover several months of charges at once, creating so-called "horror bills." PGE has not announced when the issue will be resolved or how backdated charges will be handled.
