Kazakhstan's top court clears Tokayev for another seven-year term
Kazakhstan's top court ruled that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is eligible to seek another seven-year term in office. The decision is based on a constitutional referendum that reset presidential term limits. Tokayev has been in power since 2019.
