AI startup CEO pleads guilty to insider trading based on lawyers' tips

Arya Bolurfrushan, founder of Abu Dhabi-based AI firm AppliedAI, pleaded guilty in a deal with Boston prosecutors to trading on insider tips obtained from lawyers. Court records unsealed Monday reveal the details of the case. The plea deal was struck last year.
