Apple extends Broadcom chip supply deal to 2031

Apple has signed a new agreement with Broadcom extending their chip supply partnership to at least 2031, covering development and supply for upcoming generations of Apple silicon. Broadcom remains a key supplier of RF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other networking chips despite Apple's growing in-house capabilities such as its M-series processors and C-series modems. The deal signals Apple is not planning to fully replace third-party chip suppliers in the near future, boosting shares of both companies.
