Tourists ignore warnings in the Canary Islands: red flag swim and hikers stranded on hill

In Tenerife, a man entered the sea despite a red warning flag, in full view of lifeguards. On Gran Canaria, two walkers climbed a hill and were unable to find their way back down. Such reckless behaviour by tourists in the Canary Islands is becoming increasingly common and risks ending in tragedy.
