NATO to invest over $40 billion in anti-drone defence over five years
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced in Ankara on Tuesday that Alliance members will invest more than $40 billion in anti-drone defence capabilities over the next five years. The bloc also plans to train five times as many drone operators by the end of 2027. The move reflects the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial vehicles in modern conflicts.
