Kraków to spend 10 million PLN buying flats for families on housing waiting list

The city of Kraków will spend nearly 10 million PLN to purchase flats from private owners and expand its municipal housing stock. Around 480 families are currently on the waiting list for a council flat in the city. The initiative aims to quickly increase available housing without constructing new buildings.
