Gajewska: Without childcare facilities, parents can't balance work and family

Aleksandra Gajewska, Poland's Deputy Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, told Wirtualna Polska that without a strong network of childcare facilities, parents have no real guarantee of balancing family and professional life. The ministry is focused on creating new childcare places to give families genuine freedom of choice. Gajewska stresses that accessible childcare is the cornerstone of family policy.
