Denmark cuts Baltic Pipe transit fees — Orlen says Polish gas prices won't drop automatically

Danish grid operator Energinet has cut transit fees for natural gas flowing from Norway to Poland via the Baltic Pipe pipeline. However, Orlen has dampened expectations, warning that lower transmission costs will not automatically translate into cheaper gas for Polish consumers. Any benefits for end users may only materialise over a longer timeframe.
