Over 1.1 million foreigners work in Poland – Ukrainians and Belarusians lead

According to Statistics Poland (GUS), 1,119,000 foreign nationals were employed in Poland at the end of January 2026, up 7.1% year-on-year. Compared to the previous month, the figure fell by 1.9%. Ukrainians and Belarusians are the two dominant nationalities among foreign workers in Poland.
