Kraków to spend 10 million PLN buying flats for 480 families

Kraków city authorities will allocate nearly 10 million PLN to purchase flats from private owners in order to rapidly expand the city's social housing stock. The move is intended to meet the needs of around 480 families currently on the waiting list for housing support. The initiative was announced by the Kraków City Hall in July 2026.
