Telecel eyes acquisition of TalkTalk's wholesale telecoms arm

Telecel Group is among bidders competing to acquire the wholesale telecommunications arm of TalkTalk Telecom Group, according to people familiar with the matter. The deal would cover TalkTalk's wholesale division, separate from its consumer-facing retail business. No financial terms or bid values have been disclosed.
