Pochettino: I was frustrated by Balogun criticism, but it doesn't excuse 1-4 loss

USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino admitted he was "frustrated and disappointed" by the wave of criticism aimed at Folarin Balogun following his inclusion in the squad. He stressed, however, that those feelings did not excuse the team's heavy 4-1 defeat to Belgium. The loss ended the United States' run at the 2026 World Cup.
