Man arrested after spray-painting 'Pam the Bird' graffiti on Melbourne's Bolte Bridge

Jack Gibson-Burrell, 22, was arrested after climbing a tower of Melbourne's Bolte Bridge and spray-painting the graffiti message "Pam the Bird". Police spent hours persuading him to climb down before detaining him. The incident caused a significant disruption at one of Melbourne's major bridges.
