NATO Ankara summit: Trump demands allies spend 5% of GDP on defence

NATO leaders from all 32 member states convened in Ankara on Tuesday after a turbulent six months marked by US pressure over defence spending, Iran and Greenland. Secretary General Mark Rutte called for "clear, concrete and credible plans" from allies to reach the 5% GDP spending target demanded by President Trump.
