Russian strike kills 24 in Kyiv on the eve of NATO summit

Russia launched a massive combined missile and drone attack on Kyiv on Monday, killing at least 24 people and wounding more than 100 in the city's second major strike within a week. The bombardment came on the eve of a NATO summit where President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to urge allies to provide stronger air defence systems. The attack has intensified pressure on NATO members ahead of the summit.
