Melbourne graffiti artist perched atop 120m Bolte Bridge pillar in police standoff

Emergency services were called to Melbourne's Bolte Bridge at 3am Tuesday after a graffiti artist climbed to the top of one of its 120-metre-high pillars and refused to come down. Before the stunt, the man posted a tax complaint on social media. Police were engaged in a standoff, attempting to negotiate his safe descent.
