Morocco dismantles ISIS-linked cell that was planning an attack

Moroccan police arrested 10 suspects linked to the Islamic State who were allegedly planning a terrorist attack. Authorities seized bladed weapons, military-style clothing and bomb-making instructions during the operation. The intended target of the planned attack was not disclosed.
