DHS Drops Noem's Plan for Marked ICE Cars, Returns to Covert Operations

New DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin has abandoned his predecessor's plan to put shiny wraps on ICE vehicles and is returning the agency to covert operations. The change reverses a policy introduced under former Secretary Kristi Noem that made ICE cars visually conspicuous. Mullin and his deputies say the shift back to unmarked vehicles supports more effective immigration enforcement.
