Thieves Rob Lalique Museum in France, Stealing Jewellery Worth Millions of Euros

Burglars broke into the Lalique museum in Wingen-sur-Moder, France, stealing jewellery worth several million euros. The alarm went off, but a cleaner arrived at the scene first and called the police before the security company was notified — prompting the town's mayor to suggest there may have been negligence on the part of the security firm. Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage in search of the perpetrators.
