iOS 27 beta 3 adds separate pace and expressivity controls for Siri's AI voice

Apple's iOS 27 beta 3 introduces new controls allowing users to independently adjust Siri's speaking pace and expressivity. Previously these settings were not available as separate fine-tuning options. The update is currently available to developers testing the new operating system.
