Polish Patient Ombudsman: Time Limits on Hospital Passes Violate Patient Rights

Poland's Patient Rights Ombudsman has ruled that imposing blanket time limits on hospital passes violates patient rights. The office stressed that passes are an important element of patient wellbeing and should not be arbitrarily restricted. The ruling applies to all medical facilities setting such limits from above.
