Two Polish climbers rescued after getting stuck on Slovak Tatra peak

Two Polish men, aged 27 and 28, became stranded on the south-western face of Batizovský štít peak in the Slovak High Tatras. Difficult weather conditions prolonged the rescue operation, which lasted several hours. Both climbers were eventually brought down safely, but mountain rescuers concluded they were not adequately prepared for the climb.
