Neurosurgeons billed PLN 26,000/hour to hospitals that lacked neurosurgery clinics

A neurosurgery company billed hospitals up to PLN 26,000 per hour for procedures, including at a hospital in Mogilno that did not even have a neurosurgery clinic yet suddenly began performing dozens or even hundreds of such operations. Journalist Janczura questions how the irregularities went unnoticed for so long and whether this constitutes medicine or a production line.
