Warsaw City Council rejects PiS motion to dismiss deputy mayor Mencina

Warsaw City Council's Civic Coalition councillors voted down a motion by Law and Justice (PiS) to demand the resignation of deputy mayor Tomasz Mencina at an extraordinary session on Monday. The session was convened partly in connection with the situation at the Southern Hospital in Warsaw. Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski was present at the meeting.
