Warsaw City Council rejects PiS motion to dismiss Deputy Mayor Mencina

Warsaw City Council held an extraordinary session on Monday, during which Civic Coalition councillors voted down a PiS motion calling for the resignation of Deputy Mayor Tomasz Mencina. The session was convened in connection with problems at Szpital Południowy hospital and the dismissal of a whistleblower at the City Roads Authority. Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski also attended the session.
