Palermo packed with tourists — Poles flock to Sicily's capital

Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is drawing growing numbers of Polish tourists. The biggest crowds gather near the city's famous cathedral, at traditional markets and on nearby beaches. In some spots the streets are so packed it is hard to walk through.
