Azerbaijan Summons Russian Ambassador over Drone Strike on SOCAR Fuel Station in Ukraine

Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador to protest a Sunday drone strike that damaged a fuel station in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region. The damaged facility belongs to Azerbaijani state oil and gas company SOCAR. Moscow has so far made no public comment on the incident.
