Bethesda cuts jobs, refocuses on Elder Scrolls, Fallout and DOOM

Xbox has announced sweeping layoffs eliminating more than 3,000 jobs over the next year and divesting several first-party studios. ZeniMax Media, the parent of Bethesda Softworks, will be affected by the cuts. Bethesda says it will refocus its remaining workforce on its biggest franchises: Elder Scrolls, Fallout and DOOM.
