Apple offers free 4K upgrades for previously purchased TV shows

Apple has begun offering free 4K upgrades for select previously purchased TV shows in the Apple TV app, extending a policy it introduced for movies back in 2017 alongside the launch of the first Apple TV 4K. Users who bought TV series on iTunes will now be able to watch them in higher resolution at no extra cost.
