Chinese competition cost Poland €11.4 billion and thousands of jobs in 2025

A report by the Polish Employers' Union and the Centre for Eastern Studies found that in 2025 European industry lost €87 billion in added value to Chinese competition, with Poland indirectly absorbing €11.4 billion of that loss. Thousands of Polish jobs are at risk in sectors exposed to Chinese imports. The report was published on Monday.
