Warsaw prosecutors open probe after bus crashes into tram and underground passage in Ochota

On Sunday in Warsaw's Ochota district, a bus collided with a tram, ploughed into several cars and then drove into an underground passage. A number of people were injured in the incident. Prosecutors have opened a formal investigation into the crash.
