Third property tax instalment due 15 September in Poland – fines up to PLN 64,000 for late payment

The deadline for the third instalment of Poland's property tax falls on 15 September. Late payment can result in interest charges and, in extreme cases, fines exceeding PLN 64,000. The obligation applies to property owners, perpetual usufruct holders and certain other possessors of real estate.
