BlackRock and Vanguard emerging-market ETFs diverge by 170% on AI rally

For over a decade, the BlackRock and Vanguard emerging-market ETFs were treated by investors as nearly interchangeable. An AI-fuelled rally has now caused a divergence of more than 170% between the two funds' performances. Differences in portfolio composition mean the two funds are increasingly behaving very differently in the market.
