Castro's Grandson Ready to Negotiate with Trump, Including on Political Prisoners

Raul Guillermo Rodriguez Castro, grandson of former Cuban president Raúl Castro, declared in "USA Today" that he is willing to negotiate with the Trump administration. He said he can negotiate with anyone, including Trump, if the opportunity arises. Notably, he indicated that releasing political prisoners held by the Havana regime could be part of the talks.
